Consent activity in Consent Vault ends on 31 December 2026. Record retrieval remains available through 15 January 2027, South African Standard Time. Download your records before retrieval closes.
After 15 January 2027, access ends and service records and retained copies, including backups, will be destroyed. Any records that must legally be preserved will be isolated and destroyed when that requirement ends. Copies downloaded by advisers remain under their control.
